Hugh has cooked for us on many occasions and everything he makes is absolutely fantastic. We hired him to cater our Christmas party here in Washington DC last year. It was a nice gathering of 50-60 people, and his attention to detail was flawless. Every dish, from hors d’oeuvres to salad to entrees to dessert and coffee, drew rave reviews from all who attended.
